1. Welcome to Glowu

Welcome to Glowu, a mobile application operated by GLOBALHASHTAG (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using the Glowu app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Glowu. If you are under 18, you represent that you have reviewed these Terms with a parent or legal guardian who agrees to them on your behalf.

3. Account & Authentication

Glowu uses third-party authentication services (such as Google or Apple) to manage user access.

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
  • You agree not to misuse authentication systems or attempt unauthorized access.
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. AI Services Disclaimer

Glowu provides AI-powered style and beauty features for informational and inspirational purposes only.

  • AI-generated results may be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased due to technical limitations.
  • Glowu does not provide professional, medical, legal, or financial advice.
  • You are solely responsible for how you use or interpret AI-generated results.

5. User Content & License

You retain ownership of the content (such as photos) that you upload to Glowu.

By using the App, you grant GLOBALHASHTAG a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the App’s functionality.

This license ends when your content is deleted from your device or when you stop using the App.

6. Subscriptions, Credits & Payments

Glowu may offer paid features through a credit-based subscription system.

  • All payments are processed by the Google Play Store or Apple App Store.
  • Glowu does not handle or store payment card information.
  • Subscription pricing, billing cycles, renewals, and refunds are governed by the respective app store’s policies.
  • Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use Glowu for illegal, harmful, or abusive purposes
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or exploit the App or AI systems
  • Upload content that infringes on others’ rights or violates laws
  • Interfere with the App’s security, integrity, or performance

8. Service Availability & Changes

Glowu may evolve over time.

  • We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time
  • Features may change or be removed without notice
  • We are not liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the App

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Glowu at our discretion if you violate these Terms or misuse the App.

Termination does not affect any rights or obligations that should survive termination.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

Glowu is provided “as is” and “as available.”

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

  • Accuracy of AI-generated content
  • Availability or reliability of the App
  • Fitness for a particular purpose

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GLOBALHASHTAG shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of Glowu.

Your use of the App is at your own risk.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which GLOBALHASHTAG is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of Glowu after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
